Converting 1990 FJ1200 to gravity flow fuel and deleting the pump

I am building a heavily stripped down custom from an old decrepit 1990 fj, and would really like to further simplify by converting it over to a gravity flow fuel system.  I want to delete all the related wiring that goes with the fuel pump/fuel reserve switch, etc.

I know there might be some drawbacks, but I've thought this through, and if it's possible, I want to do it.

Besides the needle/seat and petcock changes, what else am I facing with this?

I have searched a lot on here, and I know this info is already buried in the forum, but I am not finding anything consolidated.  If you know of the thread that talks in detail about this, I would love a link to it.  It's not that I haven't tried.

Thanks

Different size of fuel line. Also, possibly the correct brackets on the carbs to route the line so that it does not get pinched.

Other things larger hose diameter and the gravity feed carbs have 2 fuel inlets I believe. And you have to delete your fuel filter.

The XJR doesn't use a fuel pump.

I ran my FJ1100 tank with 1200 3CV carbs and no pump or problems.

Go for it, forget the bull.
