Hey guys

I was just wondering, how often do you replace those brake and clutch levers? I mean with propper care and maintenance, one shouldn't have too,  right?

Have done a great bit of dealings with Wild Hair Accessories some time now and the have provided me with quality stuff from GSG in Germany. (Yes it cheaper this way  :pardon:)

Last night they emailed my letting me know that thy now also have levers made for the FJ1200 in colors, since i want it all blue  GSG levers

Have anyone tried GSG levers before? At the time it seems a waste of money, but my brake lever is starting to get loose and it would be fun to "trick" it out some more.

Cheers
Ken

If you can get adjustable levers that fit your oem FJ master cylinders, get them. I was not aware that they made them.

Better yet, get the FZ1 14mm front brake m/c and FJR 15mm clutch m/c, both come with adjustable levers.

I used to think adjustable levers were not a big deal, but now having them, I've become a fan. They are nice.

I didn't think so too either. I missed this option when i had my oem fj m/c. I change then out and  now have adjustable fz1 and  nissin radial, and it's one of those things i would not be with out.

The do make their levers to fit almost any m/c from what I understand..

I agree 100%. While I think the OEM clutch lever is well shaped I wouldn't mind replacing it with an adjustable. Do those fellas make a clutch lever for the FJ1200....I didn't see it listed.

No the FJ is not listed,  only the models they sell parts for frequently.
But the will make parts fit for any bike  :good2:

I *think* all FJR clutch m/c's are 15mm. (Oem FJ uses 5/8" or 16mm m/c's) I have the FJR clutch m/c on my 2 FJs....Note to self: next time I have them off...I'll check the cast markings on the body.
I do know that the FJRs use 15mm brake m/c's, although it has been said that the early FJRs used 14mm....
