Lee Carkenord taught me about the little oven underneath the carbs, 'bought an hour is all it takes.

I've used this a number of times, for burritos, or foil-wrapped peanut-butter and banana sandwiches.
they're nice and toasty when I get to work in the morning. :nyam1:

Two-Weeks.  I'm pumped.

So am I. I am also, and as the saying goes, under the gun!

Anyone still looking for a place to bunk?  I've got room in my cabin.. FJScott broke his wrist from a fall on his dirt bike and therefore isn't going to make it to the rally :(  Should be room for one or two more.

(Off-topic) Was this the result of the get-off at the Spring Rally? We were guessing it was a badly jammed or broken thumb...
We're not a club. Clubs have rules. Pay dues. Wear hats and shit.

That sucks about Scott, damn it! Although I hope he is doing well, at the sane time , I am bummed that I won't get to see and ride with him at the rally.

Get well Scott.

Dunno the details, said he had a good time in Boone but didn't mention where the injury occurred.  I'm bummed he can't make it too.

This is a PM exchange Scott and I had. Nothing too personal so I don't think he would mind me sharing.

Sorry to hear about the unscheduled departure from your dirt bike. Any trophies? Titanium or stainless steel? Hope you are doing well. Best wishes for a full and speedy recovery.

Kurt

Thanks Kurt. No trophies or extra hardware, just a cast to wear for 8 weeks. Thankfully it happened on the last day of the rally however, I'm super bummed I'll miss the central rally. Have a great Rally! I'll see you guys again at a future rally.
Scott

Glad he was not hurt worse. He will most definitely be missed.
