We'll be riding up to Willits on Wednesday from the San Francisco area.  I tend to run the coast as much as possible...PM me if you think of it and we could meet up somewhere around the Golden Gate Bridge and make a good day of it!

If you are planning on starting your day from there, I may be arriving a tad late to meet up with you, as I'll be starting from Willits......................Maybe if I get up at the butt-crack of Dawn though, it might work.............

I was planning to buzz down the 101, spend some time exploring the "Golden Gate National Recreation Area" , including Fort Point at the south end, and the fortresses in the hills above the north end of the bridge........................Maybe have lunch at the Cliff House  :nyam1: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cliff_House,_San_Francisco
Return to Willits via Hwy 1............(Thats the plan anyways) Maybe check out Point Reyes Lighthouse if time allows.................

Hi Guys Unfortunately due to circumstances beyond my control I will not be attending Willets this Year, My mother is seriously ill and only has a few months left and I intend to spend time with her.
Mark Steve and Mike unfortunately we won't be able to make it 3 yrs in a row we got lost and had fun, hopefully this yr things will go well for you and you won't have this slow Aussie holding you up.

There is a little good news at this stage I'm hoping to make the US in September so if you organize a SoCal weekend I'm hooping to be there from around the 10th of September let me know.

Sorry to hear about your mom, but its good that you get to be with her during that time, not easy but better than being out of the country.

Maybe September will be an unofficial SoCal Rally. We have enough FJ's down here. La Mike, Mopar Man, San Dimas Mike, Frank in Long Beach, Craig O, Corey, Karl, Capt'n Ron, itsdrock, Skymasters, and simi_ed should be back on two wheels. Maybe ApriliaBill's son (Sean I think) will bring his FJ600.

I guess that means I have to wait for my Vegemite refill, almost out... :cray:

We will miss you this year Baldy, but you are making the right decision.  There will be other rallies. Spend as much time as you can with your mother. I hope she passes without suffering.

Sorry about your mom Baldy, my thoughts are with you.  Didn't get to visit much with you last year and was hoping to see you again this spring.  Take care.
