I'm looking at chains and it's confusing.
How many links do I need?  I found an EK ZZZ 520 chain, but do I need the 530 chain?

It'll depend on what sprockets you're using.

Typically, I'll get a 110 and cut it to length.

You definitely want a 530 though, not a 520.

I think I'll stay with my stock sprockets. I think I'm running stock sprockets, I'll have to count them.
So a 520 would be too short or what?

The 520/530 is the weight of the chain, a 520 will get eatten up and likely break and cause damage and injury. Get a 530 chain that is 110 links long. The EK ZZZ will work for strength, don't go weaker for the same reasons already mentioned.

FJZ1 1200 - It'll do me just fine.

This is where I got mine. The price is about as good as it gets for the ZZZ chain (139.00).

I have no affiliation with the business. Just a happy customer..  :good2:

As mentioned, get the 530 chain with 110 link.  I personally would invest in a chain breaker / rivet tool and attach the pin and connecting chain link yourself. This method is stronger then the master link type.
