What's the simplest way to post photos. I've started vinyl cutting. Made a few FJ1200 stickers (dual layer) replicas of my bike. Also made a car bra for the tank using 3M material. Great result. Lot of work as had to make a template and replicate it with the scanner and redo the image to suit the vinyl cutter. Just got to modify the design slightly. Glossy finish same as the paint job and is clear. Can't tell its on.  Only giveaway is the join mark when the dust settles on it. Made a piece for the petrol tank where the jacket zipper goes ( dual layer with a miniature replicated FJ1200 sticker in between the 2 pieces. Even my wife was impressed. A mate of mine with a cruiser wants his bike done now.  Nice way to protect the investment and minimize the damage( birdshit). May make others if there is an interest. Downside is the material is expensive. $ 25 a mtr. Having said that the tank cost a lot more than that to get re painted. I'm looking to make a template for the fairing as well. I'm working on the bellypan at the moment. Will get a new bellypan and get it reprinted and cover it. I so hate the stone chips and bug splatter.

Jeff:

Please see "How to post Pictures in Your Posts" in the General Discussion area, and see if it works for you.

If you think that it is worthwhile, you might want to consider transferring your information and know-how into a document (MS Word or Powerpoint), and placing it into the Files area. You can review how that is done in the General Discussion area as well.

Jeff, choose a post with pictures in it, and click on "Reply with quote" upper Right hand area of the post. Then you can see the code that allows for posting pictures. The pictures need to be located in an internet accessable location like Flicker, Photobucket or in the Gallery section here. I posted some instructions on how I do it with Flicker. flicker has since simplified the process but it might help you. http://www.fjowners.com/index.php?topic=8587.0
