That was all over the news about a month ago and there was a big controversy as to whether it actually deterred young people from such actions.  Either way, I found it to be very sobering.

We need more videos like that here in the states.  Show them in school, and on T.V.

But they would be deemed too violent and banned.. When I tried to watch the video on Youtube directly it required me to log-in as people had flagged it as having violent content.

Personally I'm one of the rare people who won't talk on the phone while driving, let alone text.  If it's really that important I'll pull off someplace.

Yes, no doubt there'd be parents' protests and angry words in PTA meetings across the land.

The stick-your-head-in-the-sand crowd have gained an alarming clout here.

Probably the same bunch that happily trade freedom for (temporary) peace and are all for the wholesale trampling of the Constitution that's rampant across the country these days.
