It has the potential to wrap around and whip up, destroying your left kidney, and unless there's emergency services within 90s from you, you'll bleed to death in very short order.

That is why  I keep a spare kidney taped in the tail section...

Pay attention to the bolt length's for reassembly.

This is often mentioned here with engine side covers and various other parts.

A tip for when you have different length bolts is to loose fit them all, that is, just push them in the holes, they will all stick out about the same amount if in the right holes.
