Coolest Motorcycle Video Ever Made?

FJ MCC VII

My Dad took the family to see On Any Sunday when it first came out in 1971. I was 11 years old. The next day there was a Penton 125 dirtbike in the driveway when I got home from school. That's how it started for real for me, not counting the Honda Trail 70, the Tote Goat or the Yamaha Mini-Enduro. I also thought Easy Rider was pretty cool...

But I'm THIS is the most bad-ass motorcycle video I have ever personally seen, from the Isle of Mann TT:

http://youtu.be/LU-ynRoqDEs

It's 8 minutes, and I guarantee it will keep your attention engaged.
"This is what it feels like to travel a road at 165 MPH with one wheel in the air."

Jeb Corliss doesn't cut it any closer to the edge than these guys do. Or go as fast.

So, anybody else got a favorite motorcycle vid they'd like to share?

The Yamaha FJ is the perfect motorcycle - comfortable enough to ride 500 miles in a day, fast enough to do it in 7 hours. Really.

Youtube has millions of clips of guys doing 300k's down an autobahn but these blokes are crazy.

I find that when watching clips like that, I lean with them to help them through the corners :-)

I wish there were a road in that shape, with that little traffic, and no cops or cameras around here.

The best motorcycle movie I've seen is an Australian made flick called "Stone".  I have it on VHS tape, but I don't know if it ever was released in US or Europe.

Hey, Arnie - You mean Sandy Harbutt's 1974 Australian cult film about a bunch of renegades riding Kawasaki 900s?
(Back in '74, the Kaw 900 was the Hayabusa of its day.)

Australia made some great movies back then. I remember seeing the movie "Walkabout" when it first came out. as 12 year old kid, I was pretty impressed by the oasis scene. Big time double bonzer, Mate!

Going to the Isle Of Mann to watch the TT in person is on my bucket list.

Here is a long video of the Pikes Peak motorcycle race.

That's the one.  I enjoyed the "outlaw" bikies not riding HDs.  And the strange compassionate cop. :-)

That first video was insane. The TT is such an insane race. Anyone know how long the course is?

Not everyone understands what a completely rational process this maintenance of a motorcycle is. They think it's some kind of a knack or some kind of affinity for machines in operation. They are right, but the knack is almost purely a process of reason.

The course length is 37.75 miles. I do believe the open class bikes run 3 laps. Not positive though.
