Yes, it should be a good turn out this year.
We've had a lot of colourful incidents in the past as well.
One of my favourites was Fluffy and I stopping at the side of the road in Northern Cali, having a fag or something and you came trundling past,heading south to a rally.
We've looked at each other and said "Hey! That looked like Bean!"
Then it was like "Meh,bean shmean" and kept mucking about.
Minutes ticked by, we kept smoking, pissing about, kind of unsaid daring each other to make the move then it's 'O.K, we'll catch him!"
We've chased Bean south at well over 120, my FJ couldn't go any faster because of the three Givi boxes, it started to get a weave, Fluffy's pinned it and that road got mighty interesting.
We caught up to Bean , fuck knows how many pissed off car drivers have called the cops on us but a bit later when the wallet search was on,(another saga but Fluffy had to head back north,he'd left his wallet at a bar or something) there were heaps of patrol cars heading the opposite direction.
Then we stayed in Garberville at the one of the "Dead Hooker In The Dumpster" motel chains.

We were heavily armed and on drugs.



It was great!

hahaah!  I remember that day very well..

There I was plodding along on Hwy 101 (at 70+ mph) minding my own business and out of the corner of my eye I see a shimmering light in my rear view mirror.. I glance down to have a look and think "Who's this a-hole in such a hurry?"... The light was quite far back..

I decide to move out of the left lane to let "Mr. Hurry up and get there" pass me.. I do a head check of the right lane and said person is now beside me..staring at me though their visor.. I see its a FJ and think "wow.. what are the chances"..  didn't recognize the helmet.. but it sure looks like Marsh's bike.. then it hit me it was Marsh..

We pull off the highway and let K-man catch up.  They had seen me pass and then after about 10 minutes decided to run me down.  Marsh had been riding at full throttle with both of fuel and oil lights on to catch me.  After filling up with fuel and oil Marsh had to backtrack a way to retrieve a lost item.  He said there were quite a few cops on the highway.. likely from pissed off cagers calling about some madman on a motorcycle..
