starter?

Hello, can someone fill me in on what years the 4 brush starter was used?
I see the same OEM number stated for all years.

ummm I think it was 89.

Randy has them for sale on his site for 136.00

bolts right in with no difference in years.

I think I recall Randy saying that the 4 brush starter was a newer design that came out on the XJR's which happen to fit our FJ's.... They sure have no problem turning over my big engine when it's heat soaked.
A very nice upgrade over the original FJ starter motors.
