Looks alright, but.... engine will need work, at only 38000ks?? Maybe the owner is hearing the normal starter chain rattle which is nothing. In which case he may think the engine is going to explode hence the low price. Which means a bargain for someone to pick up,

Cheap enough, probably dousnt know about the fj rattles, maybe the idles too low

Looks pretty clean.  I'd be suspicious about the 38K kms though.  Very low mileage for a 30yr old bike. 
May be 138 or 238.  Look it over very carefully before you start to negotiate.

thanks for the replies fellas, its been on ebay a few times and from memory the reserve wasnt meet,
most likely worth a look, might ask him a few questions 1st,  ken
