FJ oil pressure?

Good evening all, quick question, what oil pressure do the FJs run. Wondering if a head cooler and a turbo feed will reduce the pressure too much? I thank you. :scratch_one-s_head:

Good afternoon Havoc,

I have had an oil pressure gauge for some time - after warm up idle will be just about "0" as in zero. A real eye opener.

Cruise speeds about 25-30 lbs.

Hope that helps.

Remember, our FJ's use a 2 stage oil pump. One circuit goes thru the cooler and the second circuit feeds the engine internals.

When i asked Andy Y. about an oil pressure gauge he said all it would do is scare me so i went with an oil temp gauge instead.... with temp you can easily tell when the engine is rich or lean or for that matter save you from hammering on a engine that is not fully warmed up... it takes a surprising amount of time for the FJ to completely come up to operating temp.
