Of course, this was a full removal of fairing endeavor...  so many things were touched.  Main objective was to replace lights in instrument cluster.  I had failed to check it out while assembling the first time and later found all 4 of the instrument lights were burnt out.

I don't ride much at night so not a huge problem, but I had the time yesterday to fix it and clean up some wiring and such under the fairing as well.  I replaced the "ambient" lights with 5 die LED replacements...  nice bright light and should last essentially forever.  Replaced all the indicators with new incandescents, so everything's bright and pretty.  Consumed a few tie wraps and checked a few fittings, then out for a few hours up toward Sunol and onto Palomares Rd into Hayward hills...  of course I needed to ride into the night and the gauges performed beautifully. :good2:

See ya!   :bye2:
