have just fitted the freshly painted 5.5" rear wheel, nothing wrong with the 4.5" i was using apart from  needing a new tyre  , just happen to have a near new 180/55/17 tyre, and got the wheel cheap as the alloy was crappy looking , all sorted with elbow grease, and 600/1200 wet & dry and black epoxy enamel paint  ,  not sure if it is actually a 93 model , the file on here says 92 and up have straight spokes  :scratch_one-s_head: , anyway to fit it , used the original suzi left side spacer from the other wheel, the short top hat looking spacer that came with the wheel on the right, and an original fj1100 rear wheel spacer was the perfect fit to fil in the gap from the brake hanger to the swing arm  :good2: , about 5/6 mm of clearance from the chain to the tyre, but the chain gaurd is just touching the tyre, so a small washer behind the gaurd or ten seconds with a dremmel should sort it out, , only big issue, that isnt really an issue , will have to swap out the 18t front sprocket for the 17t as the chain is about half a link to short as i cant use the rear sprocket from the other rim as its from a 750 and only has 5 bolts not the 11,s six bolts, so till i buy a 38 t rear im stuck with a 43t , should only be revving about 4500 give or take a few hundred rpm , , but who cares , effie now has a sexy fat arse  , and a healthier looking tyre, , other one was almost on the wear marks,,  (popcorn)
unless you ride bikes, I mean really ride bikes, then you just won't get it

84 Fj1100  effie , with mods
