I have found a pair of Blue Dot calipers from a R1. The add states they fit years 98 thru 01. I am wondering if these would work and be bolt on, bleed and ride?
I'm not the fastest FJ rider, I am 'half-fast', the fastest slow guy....

I had to buy new brake lines, as the orientation of the lines going to the OEM calipers were 90* off on the twist and did not allow for change, like the after market Spiegler SS lines do.  This is my only experience with this so I would entertain other input from more experienced members before doing anything.

Yes, those are the ones. You have an 89 FJ like in your profile pic, right? With the 17" front wheel? Then that will work.

I was able to make my stock replacement Russell lines work by reversing the lines between the splitter and the caliper.   IOW, the fitting that was originally at the splitter is now at the caliper.  Did this for both calipers.
