I've had a situation happen to me several times in the last few years, I'll be moving along and put my blinker on, only to have the car behind me speed up enough to hit the car in front of them trying to keep me out of the lane. Last time I stop to make sure the victim was o.k. and the hitter gets out and starts screaming, he's going to sue me, the coppers show up and take my statement as the lunatic is screaming at the top of his lungs that I caused the accident. After my statement, the officer tells me to leave the site, as I'm climbing aboard I see in my review mirror that he's cuffing the idiot.

This guy might have a case against the offending officer depending on the state, you are supposed to give assistance to the best of your ability in some states, seems that officer didn't do anything other than blow hot air. The case will be tossed...
