ok. heres the running list. hasnt had an oil change since 53 thousand k's.... now up to 78 thousand k's, right front fork seal has blown, front end is a bit wobbly!!   finally managed to clean the air filter after 2 years of use,  doesnt start on cold mornings without a push, new plugs in it, new chain...( last one made 30 thou? unsure)... new tyres  ( bt 45's... god love em... got 20 thou out of last set)... o... and against the tradition... i... ummm... made a mod.... chuckles... odometer button fell off so i made a brasss one and the choke knob broke and jammed so i fixed it and make a copper choke knob...( run a 4mm die down the choke shaft and .... yeah.... make the knob.... i do tell a fib tho... i add about a litre of oil every time the oil light comes on.... so far it has a mix of valvoline and shell and penrite.... all 15w/50 but a nice mix.

nope. A Fitter. lol... its just a simple thing of having no where to work on it basically.... o and im lazy... and the point i was failing to make is that the fj for all its wonders seems to be me proof i.e. bullet proof!!! yes the valves are probably very on their way out... got quoted 2 grand just to split cases.... sigh... one day....

AGHHHH doug id love too but im working on the bike and a grease tank this weekend..... give mt samson and nebo a good thrashing for me....
