I've been without a bike for 20 years. Time to get back in the saddle by this spring  :good2:

I'm searching for one of my dream bikes. Either a FJ1200, VFR100R, or a Blackbird. Doesn't look like the FJ gets much love from Craigslist nor Ebay. My search continues until I find a good runner  :good:
Don't say it can't be done to those that are doing it.

Keep checking CL and Ebay, they do pop up and the good deals go fast.  Welcome to the club, even if you don't find an FJ you can still hang out here, attend a rally, meet some really cool people.

I have one near me for $2k, but it's been painted flat black  :ireful:

How much would a quality repaint cost?

How much would a quality repaint cost?

In the original colors with the correct graphics, a bunch. I had my tank done, thanks Geico, $600 for an 87 in three colors. And the white is satin which makes this more money. If you want the original colors on the bike there are many that come up for sale and are good buys, for $1,500 or so.
