After bad experiences with well known custom leather riding gear repair/sales outfits, I would like to recommend a business that actually delivered as promised. The business is Insurrection Leathers (contact Carrie) and they are based at the Thunderhill Race Track in Willows, Ca. during the season and in Washington the remainder of the year. They are an independent dealer for Pilot leathers, also gloves and other items as well.
I had all nine zippers on my leather riding jacket relpaced with waterproof zippers. The price was reasonable, turn around time short, and most importantly the workmanship was outstanding. Having been to their shop and seeing the quality of other work performed, I suggest giving them a try.
