Two different handle bars.

My back up bike 1990 FJ1200 has different handle bars.Left side is the same as my 85 1100 but the Right side has a different type of clamp on it.Left side clamps with a 8 mm bolt Right side clamps with a ? mm allen wrench.
Anybody seen this beffore or am I the only one.I do have a handle bar I am going to swap out with the Right side so they both are the same.
My guess is they trashed one and bought a different one to fix it.
