Hi. I wasn't planning on attending the wcr but after reading that there is a 30% chance of rain in California I decided that beats the hell out of 100% chance of rain here on Vancouver Island along with the cold.Thursday afternoon is probably the earliest I can get away so that should put me into Hayfork in time for dinner and a few rounds of beverages on saterday. So I assume I should register as a possible and deal with rooms and payment on saterday. My first question concerns a buddy of mine who also owns an FJ and has asked about coming along for the ride. He is not a member but has no problem with payment for the saterday. Does he need to register or can he simply open his wallet on saterday and deal with the details then? Now I don't want to push my luck and your hospitality but I have another friend from California who rode up to B.C. on the weekend and is returning this coming weekend. Would he be welcome to drop in? Again he is not shy about paying either and usually travels with a good selection of wine onboard his GS. Being new to this forum I don't want to start off by pissing people off. Please let me know what I should do.  Thanks, Hein

Hein,
Marsh will be here at my shop a little later today. I will tell him about your plans, there will not be any problem. If you want to send me your phone number via email, either he or I will call you with the specifics.

Ed was showing me how rich his carbs are. They did not like 5K+ feet.

Not open to Wrightwood yet. We took Big Tujunga Cyn from Sunland, Angeles Forest then Angeles Crest. Then back again. Good clean roads and only one CHP making a drive by at Newcomb's Ranch. A good day for Ed and I to shake out the last of our mods. Get the jets in quick Ed, time is short.
