I just got an email from the manager of the drag track at Kunmadaras - http://www.kunmadarasmotorsport.hu/jsite/welcome.html?Itemid=65 where I brought my FJ last summer. He said they are testing and racing on August 19 - 21. He also said he remembers the American riding the Hungarian FJ1200 (see my avatar pic).

YEEEEEHAAAAAW. That's gonna be great! This time I plan to stay the night and race on Saturday. It's about a 6-hour ride from my house. The manager said my class is called "Old Top." :rofl2:

I've been slowly fixing the little things wrong with this bike and it's coming around. I still need to:

1. Get pod air filters
2. Get proper jets for the carbs
3. Replace my cracked/leaking cam chain tentioner (A.P.E. manual adjuster ordered and on the way)
U.S. Air Force sport bike instructor (initial cadre), 2007-2009

I'm an American living & working in Hungary
