I was looking for a set of new wheel bearings and was wondering what other people have used. I see the 6304 2rs is good for 10,000 rpm.
sounds good. But the 6304zz is good for 14,000 rpm  :scratch_one-s_head:  is that over kill or just piece of mind. I find it hard to believe I
would turn it 14,000 rpm.

When all you have is a hammer, everything looks like a nail.

Odd that a metal shield is good for 40% more speed than the 2 seals. If'n you can get the rear wheel up to 14K, you might need better than a W rated tire at 1032 mph. Have you considered ceramic bearings?

Thank you for doing the math :-)  Saved me from doing same thing.
