Just got bike back together after installing new jets.  Bike fired right up and idled right under 1000 rpm.  Then it started to fall and it sounded like it was flooded.  Then noticed gas running right out the bottom onto the pipes.  What could be wrong?

FYI, We have a great Files section, here's one discussion that pertains to you: http://www.fjowners.com/index.php?topic=46.0
If you didn't mess around r/r the floats, I don't think you changed the float levels.
Short answer: I think the float needle is sticking open from debris and flooding the bowl, or the O ring on the float needle seat is knackered.
Before you take the carbs off, try tapping on the float bowl to see if you can dislodge the debris (if any) get the float needle seated.
IMHO Worn Float needle seat O rings, or junk between the float needle and needle seat, are the most common causes of overflowing carbs....
