Fork Slider Issue

In the process of rebuilding my forks and need a replacement right side fork slider for my '92.  I have a dent on the outside that is preventing the fork tube to move freely inside, didn't notice this when I bought of course.  The Yamaha part number is 3XW-23136-00-00  Was also wondering if an earlier model slider may work like from an '89 - '90 without the anti-dive if I don't have any success finding one for a 3XW, but then the locating screw may get in the way, etc.  Very hard part to find new or used.   :dash1:

Thanks for any help!

Do you have a pic.
Depending on how deep your dent is you might be able to grind clearance into it. Just a thought.
Your going to have trouble finding someone that will split a pair up.
You may have to buy both, there was some 89 on flebay a week or two ago. cheap

It's # 20 in the pic.  It may be repairable, the trouble is getting down inside as it's almost near the bottom right in center of the tube.  I will post a pic of the actual shortly.
