Hey folks, I'm a new member. I acquired my '93 FJ 1200 ABS late last year and am finally getting it on the twisties of southwest Wisconsin where it belongs. I'll need to do some ABS diagnostics, but the bike is just gorgeous.

Welcome Joe.

I was up in Green Bay on business last week.  Nice country y'all have up that way.

welcome to the group Joe,

I dont know anything about the FJ ABS system but maybe someone here can help you out once you post your question.

Most of the previous issues i'm familiar with all ended up with the system being removed from the bike.

Joe, the Yamaha FJ ABS supplement has a lot of good diagnostic information for the ABS system. I beleive that the information is in the files section, but if it's not, PM me and I can mail you a CD with the requisite information.

Welcome Joe, take a bunch of notes on your ABS diagnostics....We really really need a in-house expert on the FJ's ABS systems.

And I nominate ...... Joe!       Cheers! Pat
