Rotor Compatibility

I am in the middle of collecting the necessary item's for a front end upgrade on my '86 fj1200. There are not many options for rotors on ebay (read, not many cheap options) for the fj1200, so I was wondering if anyone had any insight into what other rotors would be directly compatible to an '89 front end setup. I will be running the '89 forks with gold dot calipers, if that changes anything. Also, does anyone have a spare R1 master cylinder? Thought I'd ask...

I have almost no memory :-)  What I do have is a maintainence record that I put cross-over listings at the bottom of, just in case.
