The most unlikely place I thought I would see my Bike....
On stage at a local Church! The Pastor loved it!

Let me explain...I belong to the Christian Motorcyclist Association here in Connecticut.
We are a group of Christian bikers which help serve in the community and preach the Lord Jesus Christ.
Yesterday we volunteered at local Church to help with  at an event for Columbus House which houses homeless vets.
We raised money and 100% went to help them in the nearby city of New Haven.
My FJ is one on the few bike which was not a Harley.
Today the chapter president wanted a "light" bike to put on stage as a back drop and tell the story about CMA.
My 550 lbs. FJ was the ticket.
4 guys and me to steady it and it was sitting pretty.
I was asked how old it was and no one could believe it was 25 years old.
I'm writing this and posting it to tell not only the story about my bike but to tell you that CMA  is a great thing to get involved with if you are a Christian and if you aren't a Christian I want to tell you that Churches like this one LOVES bikers and welcome people with open arms. And if they don't... run away from them and find a Church that does.
Even if you "only" have a FJ11100!

The CMA has a good following here.

Another intersting group is the Tribe of Judah. Ex-motorcycle gang members, wearing the colors of the Lord now.

Glad to hear.
I'm not trying to be "preachy" but I thought it was interesting. :good2:

CMA lets others ride with them. Great group

I like riding in the back or the pack and love the smell of overly rich exhaust and loud pipes.
might switch to a super trap can and tune it to my bike.
I never finished degreeing the cams I'll also have to check my valves after
a summer running shim under buckets and the pounding of ape springs and high lift cams
If it's not broken, fix it anyways
