While I appreciate the mnemonic and the acknowledgment that I am not a dumb fuck, my point all along has been and continues to be, that you're anal retentiveness about spelling says more about you, then my occasional miss-spelling does about me. 

I would have a lot more concern if I suspected that due to misspelling, my intended point was not clear, or was consequently misleading.  I simply do not see this happening.  In reality, I make an effort to spell the words I write correctly, and use them in the proper context.  But it does happen, from time to time, despite the ridiculous amount of money that I and my parents have spent on educating me, that I get it wrong.  To this I say simply; C'est la vie.  I'm not now, nor have I ever been wound-up about my spelling. 

It is a [partially] free world and you are welcome to be wound-up about my (or anyone's) spelling if that's what get's you out of bed in the morning, seriously, be my guest. Just know that I can't be bothered to lose [not loose] any sleep about it.
