Fixed the buzz. I could deal with the vibes until they unscrewed my aftermarket brake master cylinder cap and lost it! Syncing the carbs (Morgan Carbtune) made little difference, so I went after the front mounts. They were absolutety siezed- much bad snapping noises pulling out the steel sleeves. Water had gotten in the side seals and washed the grease away, pitting the steel and galling the brass in the process. Wire brushed and lubed, I was surprised to see the engine moving up and down as I torqued the bolts! It WORKED! Test drive reveals much improved smoothness. Thanks for the great advice guys.
