All right - this has been fun and everything (made my day a bit more entertaining for sure!) - but it's 2:00 am.  I have to kick all of you out and lock the doors for the night!   :flag_of_truce:

I just wanted to say that while Frank is technically correct, Andy has a valid point also.

Just like everyone that buys an R1 is not out dragging their knee in every corner, not everyone riding an FJ needs a full up suspension upgrade.

I believe Andy's point was to make the most of what you've got first (since a 20 year old bike probably needs more than a little maintenance) before you spend a bunch of money.

That's a valid point and an excellent starting point.

Nicely said David.

Frank, I poked at you because it seemed to me you were on top, but you kept hitting.  From my vantage point, it sure looked like bullying.   We've all seen the guy who should just simply not get back up, but incredibly, he does.  Only to be knocked down again.

At some point, someone has to just let it go.

Still, I probably should have simply stayed out of it.

Nevermind - sorry for the attempted censorship - please continue.  I'm not much into popcorn - but I'll grab a beer or three and watch from the sidelines!   :gamer:

Well obviously you did not know about the sincere and heartfelt  PM that Mr Engineer sent me.

And you're right ... of course

Kookaloo!

Are you making fun of Engineers?

By the way, I have a HVAC question since you helped Jeffman so well.  :-)

But I'll catch you on email.
