Mirrors

Love the bike but struggling with the standard mirrors, compared to those on my other bikes. What is best suggestion for aftermarket mirrors that improve rear visibility ?

On my 92, I like the oem Honda CBR1000 mirrors. Yes, oem Honda mirrors are more expensive than eBay Emgo aftermarket mirrors,  but the quality of the Honda glass is unmatched.

Like a few others I've put CBR250R mirrors on my FJ and are happy with them.

In my opinion, the CBR1000 mirrors work very well on the 1988-1990. For the 1991-1996 models, the Bandit 1250 mirrors work very well and look good.

What i've done on my 3CV is to use some FJ1100 mirrors but with the threaded parts removed and then reversed them on the mounting brackets and used a couple of spacers to help bolt them in place.
My bike is rough and ready, function over form, but it's all there and good.

86 mirrors on my 89 are perfect. They tilt lower so they are out past your shoulders.
