Stuck Carb Needles - How do I get them out?

Sprayed them down with carb cleaner a million times, then penetrating oil a million times, put a hair dryer on them for a while to warm them up.

Any ideas?

Try a few runs in a heated ultrasonic cleaner?

Send them to RPM also works!

I do plan to send to RPM but I'm still not sure if the bike runs or has any issues so before I spend that money I want to see if I can get it running at least rough just by cleaning the carbs and maybe with a $20 ebay carb rebuilt kit. If the engine runs then I def will doing it right.

Take some vice grips, bite down hard on that bitch, twist back and forth, and pull out. Like a deranged dentist pulling teeth.

If you're going to do that, make sure you put something in the hole to keep from crushing and breaking them off.

Thanks for all the input, at the moment I'd rather keep trying the gentile approach, maybe stick it in front of a space heater for 30 minutes....but if none of that works I suppose I have to go full dentist.

I prefer the propane powered hairdryers for removing stuck parts.
