Took my FJ to the Long Itch Diner Bike Night this evening. Rode there with 5 pals (3 on Triumph's, 1 on an Enfield and 1 on a BMW).

It's only 12 miles from home, but we took the scenic routes there and back making it a near 60 mile round trip.

Over the 2 hours we were there, about 200 bikes showed up in total, ranging from a beautiful old Velocette and a Honda Cub through to a new "Chinese" 125 sports bike (with twin front disc brakes), a Diavel and a Kawasaki H2 (the new supercharged one) with lots in between..........but only one FJ (mine)....and a nice FJR 1300.

Here's a few photo's from the evening, firstly the 6 of us and our bikes, then some of the gathering and a few of my favourites (and not so favourites) from those parked.

'88 FJ 1200 3CV - became a race bike, no longer with us.
'86 FJ 1200 1TX - sold to my boss to finance the '89 3CV I still own.

Can you believe the little red bike in the first photo below is a cheap and cheerless 125  :sarcastic:

Plenty of small back roads, to keep the speeds down !
