Can this sparkplug wire be used??

Today i bought some cheap sparkplug wires since one of them is suspect .But the question is is this wire usable??? It does not have the same core and the shop had no idea if i could use it

Yes, stranded copper core wire can be used with resistor plug caps. (Like oem FJ caps)

Or...

Carbon core resistor plug wire can be used with straight plug caps.

Although...Not sure what diameter wire you have there.

IMHO the oem FJ stainless steel stranded core plug wire is damn near indestructible.

Thanks Pat i measured the core and it is around 1.85mm. I'm unsure what material the red and white stuff is made of if it is plastic or silicone will do a heat test.The NR1 cable on my bike has
some serious wear marks from the airscoop duct hammering it.

I was referring to the outside diameter so it can fit in the resistor cap.
Going by memory, 10mm plug wire is too fat....8mm wire will fit.

It is 7,1 mm  i will check how it fits in the cap
