I think this is great to see with the modern youth, actually using there minds and hands and making/creating something/anything. On a funny note in one of your son's pictures he really looks like a very young Jimmy Page! lol

Thanks!  I have my Zeppelin collection at the hangar.

Are you going to triangulate that front "roller wheel" attachment tube with a horizontal bracing tube from the down-tube just above the roller, back to the frame ?

Pretty nice welds .How are you going to mount handle bars? Are you guys still mounting  all six of the rollers ?

Dean, I had considered that.  It seems pretty stiff, and I'm thinking I'll let it go and see if he considers that.

His welding is improving quite a bit.  He is not quite ready to weld nuclear stuff or spacecraft yet, but who knows where this interest will go.  I am assuming he will weld some sort of fixed handlebar mount to the forward frame.  There will be 3 wheels supporting the bike weight, and 3 others spaced around the perimeter to keep the bike on the wheel.

We need to figure out if there is something at the EAA hangar to roll the square tube into a circle, or if we should just cut and weld straight sections together.

Thanks for the feedback guys!
