As you said in your earlier post Noel I too rarely find myself in a situation where I would use my horn.If someone is turning in front of me it is probably too late for a horn to help. Defensive driving is my preferred survival method. If someone is about to come into my lane I would rather move out of the way than honk at them. The few times I have wanted to use the horn is when someone was about to back into me or in parking lots at low speed. My son gave me the same set of horns used by movenon . They are very loud. They each have a different frequency of sound. My son also installed them on his bike. When riding behind each other at highway speeds and trying to use the horns to get the attention of the person in front they are still not loud enough to be heard.
