A breakdown looks like me, after yesterday mornings "schoolboy" mistake.

I was taking Liz's FZ1 for its annual Govt safety/roadworthiness inspection and stupidly rolled the bike off it's centrestand, forgetting I hadn't removed the padlock from the rear sprocket - end result, a loud crack and a chunk of her hugger flying across the garage floor.

Luckily, I had a 3" piece of flat steel and some short M5 flanged button head Allen bolts handy so I could make a quick temporary repair! Now I need to dig out the plastifix to make a proper repair........or spend $130 on a new replacement - before I tell her what I've done (or even "if" I tell her what I've done !).
