Fuel pouring out of overflow tube on 85 1100

Had tank off to replace choke cable, reinstalled, started bike & fuel started pouring out when running.
Tapped bowls numerous times
Will not leak when running with tank is off so cleaned out tank breather found no obstructions.
Reinstalled tank with no change.

Ran perfect prior to tank removal.

Any ideas?

If it doesnt flow with the tank off, then its a delivery issue. Check your petcock. It may be stuck open, and overflowing the bowls.
