I need to replace my intake boots soon and having an 85 fj600 its hard to find some parts. Is there any other bike that shared the same motor/carburetor setup besides the xj600?
Maybe something else sold in the US?
Early Xj600s?

Do you need the manifold boots between the carb and the head? see #1  (Still available)
....or do you need the connectors from the carb to the air box? see #9 and #17 (Unavailable)
https://www.partzilla.com/catalog/yamaha/motorcycle/1985/fj600n/air-cleaner

The air box connectors show only the 84/85 FJ600 as similar part numbers

Unless you are going for a concourse restoration perhaps ditching the airbox and run UniPods would be the way to go if you can't find the airbox boots.
Randy and Robert at RPM can help you with your UniPod order.

I got a chance to ride a baby FJ and it was a fun little bike.

I had an '84 FJ600. Rode it across the country when I was in the Navy. Loved that bike.

"Carburetor joints" are still listed as available new from Yamaha:

Joint, Carburetor 1
49A-13586-01-00
$62.04

Joint, Carburetor 2
49A-13596-01-00
$55.47

Joint, Carb 3
49A-13597-01-00
$73.72

Joint, Carb 4
49A-13598-01-00
$72.99

This is not particularly cheap, but not really hard to find.

You can use the part numbers and search around to see if there is anything cheaper.

On the other hand, FJ600 is basically an XJ series bike, so you might want to check https://www.xjbikes.com/forums/. There is a guy there with the username Chacal, he is basically the XJ equivalent of Randy. He is almost guaranteed to have them.  His system of ordering is a little odd, but he has pretty much everything there is to have for XJ series.

I tried googling the part numbers but came up with very few parts when i looked before i posted here. But at east i know there are a good number of sets out there. Thanks everyone!

If not,  let me know I can get a price from Yamaha.

Randy - RPM
Yes thats them i had these saved in my wishlist before they sold out too. :/

Sorry, I didn't notice they were sold out. I just saw the one in the order quantity.

Did you send a message asking if they were going to get more?

FYI, I called and can supply those intakes for those prices listed in JPaganel's post.

There are none in stock in the US. There are plenty listed in Japan for 1, 3 & 4. There is only two listed for #2 in the Yamaha Japan inventory right now.

If you are interested, let Robert know and we can get them on order.
