As many know I picked up a YZF 5" rim to fit the pick strip. I was going to get everything machined but found myself with sometime on my hands so grabbed the grinder to day and started cutting. I needed to remove 8mm from each side. Taking my time and with things well marked I slowly worked my way round trimming off the 8mm from each side. The brake arm (Caliper Arm) needed a bit of shaping to fit the swingarm. So in about a hour hey pesto a upgrade done. Just waiting on the rear shock from RAD and I will be back on the road.... I also fitted the Aluminium swingarm from a 88.

The pix ain't that great but you get the idea.
