Hi, I'm Ryan from Scotland! Just got my 1985 FJ1100 about a month ago and I must say, what a machine! She's a bit scuffed up on one side because one of the previous owners decided she'd look better lying down... Still rides like a dream, perished front tyre and all! Was browsing the interwebs and happened upon this site. Good to know there is plenty of others enjoying these fabulous machines as I sure as hell am.

Welcome Ryan - maybe we'll meet up when my wife and I are up in Scotland riding this summer.

As they guys have said, this is a great place for info/advice, although parts can work out mighty expensive with the exchange rate, import duty and an extra 20% for VAT !
