I found an online company that does no minimum quantity hats. I know that bulk ordering keeps cost down, but I wanted a single personal hat made. Here are 8 different versions of the same hat. I have ordered and received a #8 and I have a #3 on order

Adjustable or one size fits many?
The glass is not half full, it was engineered with a 2X safety factor.

Well Rick, lets take it a little further... What about the FJ1100 owners?  :bomb: But considering there is no minimum order quantity, I am sure that any interested buyers would work out the details with Fred.

I like the first option for the 1100's a lot! I'm sure its hard, but that's a good business model, letting people design their own!

I can't get my "work area" to be as large as you guys.  It only gives me a 2" x 1.5" area.
