Torque Arm Clearance after GSXR Wheel Mod

Hello!

This is another of those topics that's been beat to death, but I just completed a GSXR rear wheel mod. I went with a 180/55 and used the underslung brake with an 88 GSXR torque arm (with the bushing) to the bottom rider foot peg. With everything set up I've got about 4 to 5mm of clearance between the torque arm and the tire. Is this normal for this mod?

I used a 92 GSXR 750 Wheel

Thank you!

Yes, I put a slight joggle in my torque arm (a little heat and gentle bending).
The glass is not half full, it was engineered with a 2X safety factor.
