I've been told by a little birdy that RPM will soon carry oem Yamaha fuel pumps at a very attractive price...

Run away from the FleaBay China pumps... run away fast.

Cheers

RPM now has the proper, genuine Yamaha fuel pump in stock. The best thing about this news is they are half the price you can buy it anywhere else.

It was couple of yers ago, but I replaced my fuel pump on my 89 FJ with the R6 pump. If I remember well the wiring is the same but one of the hoses has a slightly different angle on the pump, but it works like a charm. I bought the R6 pump because the orogonal pump was around 230 euro and I could buy this used one for 10 euros.
