Well, boys and girls today it started. Did my preop for my first knee replacement. Nervous as hell, but looking forward to it so I can get another FJ. First one on the 30th. of August and the second one around Christmas. Will be looking for a FJ next spring. Want to find a 92 or 93 model. Really kicking my butt for selling the 86. Hope all the folks in Texas are doing okay and hope everybody had a great summer. Going to sign off for about a week. Keep the shiney side up and enjoy the kookaloo

Best wishes on your knee replacements, Big R!  When you are in the market for a '93, I may have one available next year.  I am thinking of thinning out the herd...

Good luck with your surgeries. Hopefully you are back in the saddle next spring. :drinks:

Yes Good Luck!  :good2:  I don't need to tell you (but I will anyhow  :pardon:) - eat your veggies  - er I mean stick to your physio program religiously.  Keep a pic of a 92 in front of you while on the treadmill for incentive.

My sister-in-law had one a few years ago.  She eased off the physio too soon. She is only marginally better than before the surgery because of it.  No Pain-No Gain actually applies here, as most of us know through some sort of recovery in our motorcycling lives.

Keep us posted on your progress.  If you need a kick in the arse to motivate you just let us know.  Plenty here will be glad to oblige!   :praising:   :drinks:

Good luck with your surgeries. Obey the physical terrorists. I mean physical therapists. Hope to see you back on an FJ in the near future.

A pistol is like a parachute, if you need one and don't have one you will never need one again.

Ok, you have your work cut out for you. Heal well and the sooner you get mobile the better.
Recover in the cold winter months, and be ready to ride next spring and early summer.
Sounds like a plan!

Best wishes.
