Just wondering when static balancing the rear wheel should I be doing so with the cush drive and sproket installed on the rim or without?????

When I had mine done a few weeks ago. My tires were balanced on a static balancer. I did not have the cush drive rubber or the sprocket carrier on the wheel.

I don't have them on when I balance. The parts are too close to the axle to have much impact if they are off. And they won't be off by much if at all.
The glass is not half full, it was engineered with a 2X safety factor.
