Happy Birthday...  Oohrah!

question for you - would that be an appropriate use of the versatile "Oohrah"?  All I can remember that was kind of equivalent was "Great Navy Day" said with gusto...  could be used in such a diverse range of situations.  I've heard Oohrah enough to gather it is similarly diverse in meaning.

Also, hats off to the Vets out there.  I know the designated day is tomorrow, but I'm on here already.
