Hi folks,

Not sure which forum to put this in, but can someone help me with the length of an FJ1100 shift lever between the centres as shown?  One of the previous owners of my beast saw fit to insert about 2" of length into the shaft (please, no jokes) and I want it removed so I don't have to do the two step shuffle on the peg before I can change gear.

Millimetres preferred but can change over from inches if that's all you can work in.

Cheers,

Tony

About 102mm.

Silly question though:  Why not just mock up and set it to whatever works for you, if you're already going to change it?

Maybe I won't keep the bike forever, and stock is OK with me for things like this.
